Pondicherry - Captured by Bikash

It was a spontaneous trip to Pondicherry my friends and I packed our bags for a short weekend in Pondicherry. We did not have a travel plan and a place to stay but The Wayfarer made sure we had an amazing weekend

On a Friday evening, we picked our car booked via Wayfarer and drove to Pondicherry. On the way, we booked a place to stay which was on budget and had all the amenities. We reached Pondicherry around 10:30 pm had a nice dinner and took a stroll in the French town

On Saturday we went for a half-day-long trip to Auroville. Then went to Paradise beach. Pondicherry is indeed a cosmopolitan mix of spiritual institutions, French colonial heritage, Tamil culture, and a way of life. The city is abundant in French colonial architecture, clean and broad avenues, and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram's huge grounds. This land is significant from both a spiritual and cultural standpoint.

Pondicherry's natural beauty may be found in its unspoiled beaches and well-kept parks and gardens. Some of the city's temples and cathedrals, as well as significant colonial structures, are worth seeing in this little harbor city. Every time I visit Pondicherry I am mesmerized by the beauty and the simplicity of the place.  We left Pondicherry on Sunday evening and reached back to Bangalore by midnight. Wayfarer made our trip fun, easy and hassle-free
